All rights, title, and interest in and to the application (including all copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and other intellectual property rights) are owned by Hypha Interactive. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application or its assets without our prior written consent.
Our app may include virtual goods or features (e.g., "Remove Ads", "Premium Themes") that can be purchased with real-world currency ("In-App Purchases").
Non-Consumable Items: Items such as "Remove Ads" and specific themes are non-consumable and permanently linked to the Google Play or Apple account used to make the purchase.
No Real-World Value: Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real cash or any other compensation from Hypha Interactive.
All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable by Hypha Interactive. Since transactions are processed directly by the platform provider (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), any requests for refunds must be directed to the respective store's customer support. Refunds are subject entirely to the policies of Google or Apple.
If you uninstall the app or change your device, you can restore your non-consumable In-App Purchases as long as you are logged into the same Google Play or Apple account. However, local game progress (like high scores) may be lost if not explicitly linked to a cloud-saving service.
Hypha Interactive provides the app on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be completely free of errors or interruptions. In no event shall Hypha Interactive be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
